Healthy Strawberry Sorbet

1/2 of a large banana sliced and mostly frozen
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen pineapple pieces
1/2 tbsp milk of choice
A Squeeze of lemon juice

1)  Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
2)  Eat it right away if you want a soft serve style treat or place in the freezer for 30 mins to get a more true sorbet texture.
3)  Sprinkle with a healthy topping like chocolate covered sunflower seeds and enjoy!

So how does this sorbet stand up to it's Haagen Daas cousin?  The same flavor of their sorbet has 240 Calories for a 1 cup serving and 60 grams of sugar.

The summer fun recipe has 102 Calories for the same size serving and only 17 grams of sugar that all come from natural sources.
